Lead Generation Campaigns

A lead campaign is only as good as what happens after the form is submitted. We build the ad, the form, the page and the follow-up together, and optimise toward leads your team actually wants.

What we mean by a lead generation campaign

Most businesses running ads for enquiries have a similar complaint: plenty of leads on paper, but many are unreachable, uninterested or not a fit. The ads are only one part of the problem. The form asks too little, the landing page promises too much, the lead sits in a spreadsheet overnight, and by the time someone calls, the prospect has spoken to a competitor.

We treat the campaign, the form, the landing page and the follow-up as one system. Leads flow instantly to WhatsApp, your CRM or a Telegram alert, automated messages go out immediately, and results are reported as cost per qualified lead rather than cost per form.

Who needs it

  • Real estate agencies that want site-visit bookings rather than lists of numbers that never pick up.
  • Clinics and hospitals booking consultations for specific treatments.
  • Coaching institutes collecting admission enquiries during a short intake window.
  • Home services and interiors firms that need location and budget details before sending someone out.
  • B2B companies looking for distributor, dealer or bulk-order enquiries.

What’s included

  • Campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn or a combination, based on where your buyers are.
  • Lead forms designed to balance volume and quality, with qualifying questions where they help.
  • A focused landing page where it improves intent, built and tracked by us.
  • Instant lead routing to WhatsApp, your CRM, Google Sheets, email or Telegram.
  • An automated first response so every lead hears from you within minutes.
  • Lead status feedback, so we can see which campaigns produce qualified leads and customers.
  • Reporting on cost per lead, cost per qualified lead and, where available, cost per customer.

Speed of response

A lead is often most receptive in the first minutes after submitting. If your team calls the next morning, the prospect may have forgotten the ad or already spoken to someone else. That is why we route leads instantly and send an automatic acknowledgement, such as a WhatsApp message confirming the request and sharing a brochure, price range or booking link. Your team still makes the call; they simply make it to someone who has already heard from you.

How we build it

  1. Agree what a qualified lead is. Location, budget, timeline, requirement: whatever your team needs to take the next step.
  2. Design the capture. Instant form, landing page or WhatsApp chat, chosen for the audience and offer.
  3. Wire the follow-up. Routing and an automatic first message are tested end to end before launch.
  4. Launch campaigns with tracking on each lead source.
  5. Collect feedback. Your team marks leads as qualified, not reachable or not a fit, in a CRM or shared sheet.
  6. Optimise toward quality. Where platforms allow it, qualified-lead signals are fed back so delivery favours similar people.

Tools and integrations

We use Meta Ads Manager lead forms, Google Ads lead form assets and landing pages, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager Lead Gen Forms, with Conversions API and offline conversion imports to send qualified-lead signals back. On the follow-up side we build WhatsApp, Telegram and CRM automations ourselves, so the ads and the workflow are designed by the same team.

What affects results, timeline and cost

Lead quality and volume depend on the offer, audience, creative, form design, industry competition and, very directly, how quickly and well your team follows up. Adding qualifying questions typically reduces volume but raises quality; the right balance depends on your sales capacity.

Setup, including follow-up automation, usually takes one to a few weeks depending on integrations. Cost depends on the number of platforms, the automation involved and whether landing pages are needed; ad spend is paid to each platform. We do not guarantee a lead count or cost per lead.

Common lead generation mistakes

  • Optimising for the cheapest possible lead and ending up with numbers that never answer.
  • Leads downloaded manually once a day instead of routed instantly.
  • No feedback loop, so nobody knows which campaigns produce customers.
  • Forms that ask nothing useful, leaving sales to qualify every lead from scratch.

Most of these are process problems rather than advertising problems, which is why we look at the whole path from ad to first conversation.

Frequently asked questions

Why are my leads low quality?

Usually a mix of an objective that rewards volume, a form that asks too little, and slow follow-up. We look at all three together rather than only changing targeting.

Can leads come straight to WhatsApp?

Yes. Leads can be sent instantly to a WhatsApp number or group, and an automated message can go to the prospect at the same time through the WhatsApp Business Platform.

Do I need a CRM?

It helps, but it is not required. A structured Google Sheet with lead status can work to start, and we can move to a CRM later.

Which platform is best for leads?

It depends on your audience. Search captures people already looking, Meta creates demand from a broad audience, and LinkedIn reaches specific professional roles. Many businesses use two.

How do you define a qualified lead?

We agree it with you at the start based on what your sales team needs, such as location, budget, timeline or requirement type.
