How do we start?

Send us what you are trying to do through the contact form or by email. We reply within one business day, usually with questions rather than a quote — the questions are the point, because they decide whether the work is a two-day job or a two-month one. Once the scope is clear you get a written quotation with that scope attached.

Do you work with small businesses, or only large ones?

Both. A lot of our work is a single landing page, one bot, or one server that needs fixing. We would rather do a small job properly than pad it into something larger.

Question 3

Will I be talking to the person doing the work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There is no account manager layer between you and the person writing the code or configuring the server. That is deliberate — most delays we see elsewhere come from information passing through someone who does not fully understand it.

Question 4

What if I do not know what I need technically?

Accepted Answer

That is normal and it is fine. Describe the problem in your own words — what is slow, what breaks, what you are doing by hand. Working out the technical answer is our job, not yours.

Do you work with clients outside India?

Yes. We work with clients in other countries and invoice in INR unless otherwise agreed. Our working hours are IST and we agree an overlap window before starting so neither side is waiting a full day for a reply.

Why is your pricing shown as 'from'?

Accepted Answer

Because the same words can mean very different amounts of work. A five-page website and a customer portal with logins and payments are both 'web development'. We quote against a written scope so the number you are given is the number you pay.

What happens if the scope changes mid-project?

We quote the change before doing it. We will not do unscoped work and put it on the invoice afterwards, and we will not quietly absorb something large either — you get told what it costs and you decide.

How long do things take?

It depends on the work, and our Service Delivery Policy lists typical timelines for each type. The one thing worth knowing upfront: where a third party has to approve something — a platform review, a cloud provider's production access, a domain transfer — that waiting time is theirs and is not included in our estimate.

Is there a lock-in period on retainers?

No. Monthly retainers are billed month to month and can be cancelled with 15 days written notice. Project work is milestone-based and either side can stop between milestones.

What is not included in the price?

Third-party costs, which we pass through at exactly what they cost with no markup — server and hosting bills, domains and certificates, WhatsApp conversation charges, email volume beyond your plan, advertising spend, and any paid API or software licence your project depends on.

Do I own the code?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On full payment, ownership of the custom code and assets built for you passes to you, and you get the source. We keep ownership of our own pre-existing tools and libraries, licensed to you perpetually as part of the deliverable.

What happens if something breaks after launch?

Accepted Answer

Project deliverables include 30 days of free bug fixing from handover. After that, ongoing monitoring, patching and support is what a retainer covers. If you would rather handle it yourself, that is fine too — you have the code and the server.

Can you take over something another developer built?

Accepted Answer

Often, yes. We will look at it first and tell you honestly whether it is worth maintaining or whether you would spend less rebuilding it. We would rather say that upfront than bill you monthly to keep something alive that should not be.

What if I want to leave?

Accepted Answer

You take everything with you. Cancel the retainer with 15 days notice and we hand over credentials, data exports and documentation. Nothing is held hostage, and nothing is built in a way that only we can run.

Can you get my emails into the inbox instead of spam?

Accepted Answer

We can fix the technical half properly — authentication with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, a clean sending reputation, warm-up, bounce and complaint handling, and list hygiene. We cannot promise a specific inbox rate at a specific provider, because content, list quality and recipient behaviour also decide that, and anyone who promises you a number is guessing.

Will you send to a contact list I already have?

Only if you can show the list was collected with consent. If you bought or scraped it, the answer is no. It is not a moral lecture — sending to a purchased list damages the sending domain permanently, and cleaning that up costs far more than the campaign was ever worth.

Do you sell contact data or email lists?

Accepted Answer

No. Our data work produces company-level and market research from publicly published sources, for research and planning. We do not compile or sell personal contact lists and we do not supply data for unsolicited outreach. See our Anti-Spam & Communication Policy.

Can you guarantee my WhatsApp API account will be approved?

Accepted Answer

No, and nobody can. Meta makes that decision. What we can do is prepare the application properly — matching business documents, a compliant privacy policy, a working opt-in mechanism — which is what most rejections come down to. If we think an application is likely to fail, we will tell you before you pay for it.
