What we do
Four things, done all the way through.
Most agencies stop at handing over a file. We provision the server, harden it, configure DNS and SSL, set up backups and monitoring, and stay on afterwards to keep it patched.

Infrastructure we run
Our own Linux servers, Docker, DNS, SSL, backups and monitoring. Provisioned, hardened and kept patched — not handed over as a zip file.

Mail that actually arrives
Private mail servers, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up and the unglamorous monitoring that decides inbox versus spam folder. This is our deepest specialisation.

Channels people answer on
WhatsApp Cloud API, Telegram bots and campaign tooling — built to platform policy, with opt-out handled properly from day one.
What we believe
Three things we do not compromise on.
Permission over volume
Nobody should receive a message they did not ask for. Consent is recorded, opt-outs are honoured immediately, and no list is ever bought or scraped.
Infrastructure over shortcuts
Running your own server is harder than clicking deploy on someone else's. It is also the only way to know what is actually happening when something goes wrong.
Numbers over adjectives
Delivery rates, uptime, response times and cost per result. If a claim cannot be measured, we do not make it.

Who runs it

The same person who writes the code configures the server it runs on, sets up the DNS and the SSL, wires the mail authentication, and answers when something breaks at eleven at night. That is a deliberate limit on how much work we take on, and the reason nothing gets lost in a hand-off — because there is no hand-off.
