Presentation & Pitch Deck Design

We turn your content into presentations with a clear story and clean, consistent slides, built as templates your team can keep updating.

What good presentation design does

A presentation is an argument in a sequence. Whether it is a pitch deck for investors, a company profile for a buyer or a proposal for a client, the audience should understand what you do, why it matters and what you want from them by the last slide. Design supports that story; it should never compete with it.

The format also depends on how the deck will be used. A deck presented live can rely on a speaker and carry very little text, while a deck sent by email must explain itself without anyone presenting it. Many businesses need both, so we often produce a lean presenting version and a more detailed version for reading.

Most weak decks share the same problems: too much text, inconsistent layouts and no clear order. We fix the structure first, then design slides that make each point easy to grasp, using charts, diagrams and images where they genuinely help.

Who needs presentation design

  • Startups preparing pitch decks for investors or accelerators.
  • Manufacturers and exporters sending company profiles to distributors and overseas buyers.
  • Real estate developers presenting projects to channel partners and investors.
  • Hospitals and clinic chains presenting to corporate partners and insurers.
  • Service businesses that send proposals and credentials decks to prospects.
  • Coaching institutes presenting programmes at seminars and school tie-ups.

Company profiles are especially useful for manufacturers and exporters, where buyers want to understand capacity, facilities, product range and quality processes before a call. A well-organised profile answers those questions upfront and makes the first conversation more productive.

What you receive

  • Story structure: a recommended slide order based on your audience and goal.
  • Designed slides in your brand colours and fonts, with consistent layouts throughout.
  • Editable template in PowerPoint or Google Slides with master layouts for title, content, comparison, chart and image slides.
  • Charts and diagrams rebuilt in editable form rather than pasted as screenshots.
  • PDF company profile optimised for sharing on email and WhatsApp.
  • Presenter notes where you want talking points kept off the slides.
If a slide needs reading aloud to make sense, it has too much text. Put the detail in notes or an appendix, and let the slide carry one idea.

How we work

  1. Brief: we learn who will see the deck, what decision you want and what content you already have.
  2. Outline: we propose a slide-by-slide structure and agree it before designing.
  3. Style slides: a few key slides are designed to set the look.
  4. Full deck: remaining slides are designed and shared for review.
  5. Revisions: you check facts and figures and we refine through agreed rounds.
  6. Handover: editable deck, template masters and the PDF version.

Tools

Final decks are built in Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides, whichever your team uses, so they remain fully editable. We may explore layouts in Figma first, and use Illustrator for custom icons and diagrams. Fonts are chosen so they display correctly on the computers where the deck will be presented, with licensed or free fonts only.

If your team presents on different computers or projectors, we test the deck in both widescreen and, if needed, older formats, and embed or substitute fonts so layouts hold up. For Google Slides, we use fonts available in Google’s library so nothing changes when the deck is shared.

What affects timeline and cost

  • Slide count and how many unique layouts are needed.
  • Content state: polished text versus rough notes that need restructuring.
  • Data visualisation: charts, maps and diagrams take more time than text slides.
  • Custom illustrations or icons created for the deck.
  • Multiple versions for different audiences, such as investor and customer decks.

A short deck with clear content moves quickly. A long investor deck with financial charts, market diagrams and several rounds of stakeholder review naturally takes longer, and agreeing the outline first saves the most time overall.

Common mistakes

  • Designing slides before deciding the story, so the deck looks good but says little.
  • Pasting charts as images that nobody can update later.
  • Using fonts that are not installed on the presenting computer, breaking layouts on the day.
  • Emailing a huge file that clients cannot open easily on a phone.
  • Mixing styles from several old decks into one presentation.

Frequently asked questions

What’s the right length for a pitch deck?

Long enough to tell the story clearly and no longer. We recommend a focused main deck with extra detail in an appendix, so you can go deeper only when the audience asks.

Will I be able to edit the deck myself?

Yes. We build it in PowerPoint or Google Slides with master layouts, so your team can add slides and update content while keeping the design consistent.

Can you improve an existing presentation?

Yes. We can restructure and redesign an existing deck, keeping the content that works and fixing what does not.

Do you write the pitch content?

We help structure and tighten your content. The facts, numbers and business details must come from you, and you check them before the deck is used.

Can I get both a slide deck and a PDF company profile?

Yes. We deliver the editable deck and a compressed PDF version suitable for email and WhatsApp.
