Landing Pages

A landing page exists for one campaign and one action. We build fast, focused pages for ad traffic, with conversion tracking set up properly from the start so you can judge your campaigns honestly.

What a landing page is, and isn’t

A landing page is a standalone page built for visitors arriving from a specific source, usually a paid ad, an email campaign or a QR code. Unlike a homepage, it does not try to explain your whole business. It makes one offer and asks for one action: fill a form, book a call, start a WhatsApp chat, or buy a product.

Sending ad traffic to a general homepage is one of the most common ways businesses waste budget. Visitors who clicked on a specific promise expect to see that promise continued, not a menu of every service you offer.

The headline on the landing page should match the ad the visitor just clicked. When the message breaks between ad and page, people leave.

When you need a landing page

  • A coaching institute running admission ads for a specific batch or course.
  • A real estate agency promoting a single project launch with a site-visit booking form.
  • A clinic advertising one treatment and collecting appointment requests.
  • A D2C brand pushing a limited offer on one product.
  • A software company collecting demo requests or webinar registrations.
  • Any business that runs Google or Meta ads and cannot say which ads produce customers.

What each landing page includes

  • Focused copy and structure: headline, key benefits, proof, answers to objections and a single call to action repeated at sensible points.
  • Short load times: lightweight code and optimised images, because paid visitors leave slow pages quickly.
  • Lead capture: forms kept as short as possible, with validation and spam protection, routed to your CRM, sheet, email or WhatsApp.
  • Tracking: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversions API or other platform tags, with conversion events tested before launch.
  • Thank-you page: a proper confirmation page that fires the conversion and tells the visitor what happens next.
  • Variants: alternative headlines or layouts for testing, where traffic volume makes testing meaningful.

How we build it

  1. Brief. We look at the ads, the audience, the offer and the action you want.
  2. Copy and wireframe. We draft the page structure and copy for approval.
  3. Design and build. The page is built mobile-first, since most ad clicks come from phones.
  4. Tracking setup. Every conversion event is configured and verified with real test submissions.
  5. Launch. The page goes live on your domain or a campaign subdomain with SSL.
  6. Review. After the campaign has run for a while, we look at the data together and suggest changes.

Tools and technology

We typically build landing pages with Next.js or plain static HTML and Tailwind CSS, served through Cloudflare, so pages load quickly even on mobile data. Where your team needs to edit pages without us, we can build them inside WordPress using a lightweight custom template rather than a heavy page builder.

Tracking relies on GA4, Google Tag Manager and the relevant ad platform tags. For campaign strategy and ad management alongside the page itself, see our landing page and funnel setup and conversion tracking setup services.

Writing a page that matches the ad

The strongest landing pages feel like a direct continuation of the ad. If the ad promises a free site visit for a specific project, the page opens with that project and that offer, not with a generic welcome. If the ad targets parents looking for a weekend coding class, the page talks about weekend batches, age groups and what a child will build.

We plan each page around the questions a visitor has at that moment. Usually these are: is this what I clicked on, is it for someone like me, what exactly do I get, why should I trust this business, and what happens after I submit the form. Answering those in order, briefly and honestly, does more than clever design.

  • One clear headline that repeats the ad’s promise.
  • Specific details: location, dates, formats, eligibility or what is included.
  • Honest proof, such as certifications, real photos or a short explanation of process.
  • A clear statement of what happens after the visitor gets in touch.

What affects timeline and cost

  • Whether copy and creative assets are ready or need to be produced.
  • The number of variants or campaign versions needed.
  • Integrations with CRMs, booking tools or WhatsApp routing.
  • Tracking complexity across several ad platforms.
  • Special features such as calculators, quizzes or multi-step forms.

Mistakes that waste ad spend

  • Including the full site navigation, which gives visitors many ways to leave.
  • Asking for too many form fields before the visitor trusts you.
  • Launching without testing that conversions are actually recorded.
  • Using large background videos that delay the page on mobile.
  • Judging a page after a handful of visits instead of enough traffic to mean something.

Frequently asked questions

Can the landing page be on my existing domain?

Yes. We usually publish it on your main domain or a subdomain such as offers.yourdomain.com, with SSL, so visitors see a brand they recognise.

Do you also run the ads?

Our ads and performance marketing team can manage the campaigns, or we can build the page and tracking for your existing agency. Either way, tracking is set up so both sides see the same numbers.

How many form fields should a landing page have?

As few as you can manage while still qualifying the lead. We usually start short and add fields only if lead quality needs it.

Do you run A/B tests?

Yes, where traffic volume is high enough for results to be meaningful. With low traffic, we focus on getting the fundamentals right instead of splitting a small audience.

Should I make a separate landing page for each ad?

Not always. A separate page is worth it when the audience, offer or message is genuinely different. Small variations can often share one page with a matching headline.
